Cal (they/them) has been a service designer since 2008 in non-profits, creative studios, consultancies and for the last 4 years, at Headspace. They are the VP of Product Design and Research, shepherding the work of Headspace's talented and compassionate Product Design team that designs Headspace and the scientific outcomes Research team that ensures Headspace’s offerings are effective.

Previously, Cal was a Design Director at Fjord/Accenture delivering human-centred and digital transformation projects.

Cal Thompson works towards the evolution of society, culture, and humanity through service design.
